Cutera Excel V+ Laser
The Excel V+ is a dual wavelength laser system that can be used with three interchangeable handpieces.
Cutera Excel V+ can be used for the treatment of:
Benign vascular, cutaneous and some pigmented lesions
Inflammatory acne
Fine lines and wrinkles
Rosacea/diffuse redness
Red scars.
Laser genesis can be performed regularly to help maintain collagen, calm down general redness and even just for a refreshing ‘glow’.
Most conditions requires 2-3 treatments, but many respond to just one treatment.

+ How do I prepare for my laser treatment?
On the day of your treatment please ensure you have no suncream, make up, moisturisers or serums on your face. These can interfere with your treatment.
+ What does the treatment feel like?
When individual blood vessels or specific lesions are treated, a small zap is felt. The Excel V Coolview hand piece has an in built cooling mechanism and a water based gel is applied to the skin, so usually this is quite well tolerated. Laser genesis feels like warm heat in the top layer of your skin. It is only temporary.
+ How will I look after the treatment area?
Your face will be slightly redder in treated areas. It is possible that you have some mild swelling and even some bruising, when treating blood vessels. Brown treated lesions will become darker and turn a greyish colour.
