Please remember to have no makeup on your face, including lipstick and foundation, as well as remove all fake tan prior to your appointment. These products can alter the appearance of your skin and can affect the diagnosis and treatment of your skin condition.
Bring a list of your current medications – they might not seem relevant to you, but they may be to your condition or your treatments.
Bring a list of treatments you have used in the past.
Bring any results from recent investigations you may have.
