Dr Samantha Davidson

Dr Samantha Davidson is a specialist consultant dermatologist who is a Fellow of the Australasian College of Dermatologists. She relocated from Brisbane in 2014 to join Dr John Auld, at Gold Coast Dermatology Clinic.

Dr Davidson completed a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery at the University of Queensland. She then completed medical and dermatology training at the major hospitals in Brisbane, including Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital, Mater Hospital Brisbane, Queensland Institute of Dermatology. She has also spent time training in Ireland at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda. She has held consultant positions previously at Queensland Childrens Hospital and Cairns Base Hospital, but currently only works in a private capacity

Dr Davidson specialises in medical dermatology and laser aesthetics, in addition to enjoying treating a wide variety of paediatric and adult patients.

She loves living at the Gold Coast with her husband, three children and Border Collie.

Dr Erin Evans

Erin grew up in Brisbane where she completed a Bachelor of Science majoring in Anatomy and Biomedical Science at the University of QLD Medicine and graduated from Griffith University Medical School in 2008. She completed her residency at Gold Coasty University.

Erin has extended her studies in Dermatology, Aesthetics, Obstetrics and Gynecology completing a Certificate in Sexual Health and Family Planning.

Erin enjoys treating patients of all ages in all areas of medicine. She is passionate about improving patient quality of life with a holistic approach to care looking at the body, mind and emotions. Erin practices with an evidence-based approach with strong emphasis on healthy lifestyle choices and patient education.

Dr Megan Kelly

Dr Megan Kelly is an experienced General Practitioner with a special interest in skin cancer medicine and aesthetic medicine.

Dr Kelly focuses on the diagnosis, treatment and ongoing management of skin cancer, solar damage and gently treating the ageing process. She holds several post graduate qualifications in Skin Cancer medicine, surgery, dermoscopy and aesthetic medicine. She is also currently completing a Masters of Medicine in Skin Cancer Medicine through the University of Queensland.

Dr Kelly is experienced with Dermoscopy, skin excisions, biopsies, cryotherapy, anti wrinkle, dermal filler and Bioremodelling agents. She is interested in the early detection of skin cancer and educating her patients in skin cancer prevention, how to reduce solar damage and skin ageing concerns.

Dr Simon Tucker

Born in the UK, Dr Simon Tucker studied Medicine at Birmingham University and has been a Consultant Dermatologist for over 20 years, working first in England before emigrating to Australia in 2009. He has worked in leading practices in both Sydney and Perth and is happily based in both the Gold Coast and Cairns. Dr Tucker has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals on topics including skin cancer, psoriasis, acne, and allergic contact dermatitis among others. An Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer with James Cook University, he is regularly involved in GP education and has been a reviewer for the British Journal of Dermatology, and an assessor for the Australasian College of Dermatologists Registrar Training Program.

Living in the tropics, Dr Tucker is particularly experienced in the detection and management of skin cancer and is also a qualified Mohs skin cancer surgeon and a member of the Australian Mohs Committee. He has a gentle manner and has a genuine desire to improve patients’ skin problems. Away from work Dr Simon Tucker runs for pleasure whenever possible and has completed three marathons.
